This site is not the official e-Apostil system; it belongs to a private translation office. Official system: www.eapostil.gov.tr Why we say this

Request a translation quote

A quote request for translating a document in the apostille chain: what we need to know, what we never ask for, and what happens after you send it.

With the form on this page you can request a quote for the translation of a document that will be used abroad, or of a foreign document that will be used in Türkiye. The form does not place an order: the price and the scope come with the quote, and no work starts before you accept it. No quote is given without seeing the document; a figure given blind rests on guesswork.

What we need to know

Four details decide most of the quote: the type of document, the number of pages, the target language, and the country and authority the document will be presented to. The last one matters most, because the rule of that authority decides where the translation fits in the chain, whether notary certification is needed and whether a second apostille will be placed on the translation. Tell us also where the document stands today: apostille obtained or not, notary certification or not, paper or electronic. That detail lets us set the order correctly; where the apostille is wanted on the original, a translation made before it does not cover the certificate and may have to be redone.

What we never ask for

This site is not the official e-Apostil system, and the form never asks for e-Devlet login details, passwords or identity numbers. Those details are personal and should not be shared with anyone who asks. Nor do we collect the document itself through the form: a quote needs the document to be seen, but when we get in touch we agree on the sharing channel together. That way your document is not uploaded anywhere unless it has to be, and data that is never collected never needs protecting.

What happens next

Once your request arrives, we contact you in writing to see the document. After that, the quote itemises translation and notary certification separately. Apostille, e-Apostil, notary and legalisation fees are set by the authority concerned, not by the office, so they do not appear as amounts in the quote; the quote only says which step is taken at which authority. Work starts when you accept the quote; if you do not, the details you shared have been processed only to evaluate the request.

If you do not know the page count

Leave the page count empty. Pages are counted when the document is seen and the quote follows that count. For multilingual documents (Formül A, B, C or the multilingual certificate of capacity to marry) the receiving authority decides whether a translation is needed; the German missions in Türkiye, for example, ask for none on the Formül extracts. If no translation is needed, we say so when we see the document and do not quote for work that is not required.

If a date is set from outside

If a consular appointment, a filing deadline or a hearing sets a fixed date, say so in the form. Translation, notary certification and, where needed, the second apostille are then planned backwards from that date. How recent the document must be is decided by the receiving authority, and the apostille does not extend that period, so the calendar has to start on the day the document is issued.

What you can and cannot expect from the office

A translation office renders the text; it does not give legal advice, assess the outcome or issue the apostille itself. Only the competent authority issues an apostille: the governor or district governor for administrative documents and notarial acts, the judicial commission for the original of a judicial document. Client documents are never uploaded to free machine translation or AI services. No office can promise that a document will be accepted; the rule of the authority that will receive the document is decisive, and when in doubt, written confirmation from that authority is the safest route.

Leave empty if unsure; pages are counted when the document is seen.
This decides where the translation fits in the chain.
